Euro (1.31) trading at one year LOW vs the dollar as a result of the Greek crisis??? In December 09' the Euro was at 1.51. So we've picked up 18% purchasing power vs the Euro in 4+ months. GOOD news for US travelers heading to Europe. If someone wants to "hedge" vs the Euro rising again buy the FXE.

I've been watching this closely for a long time. I'm hoping the euro will not bottom out until it hits 1.25. I'm just getting the feeling that more fear is coming with Spain, Italy and Portugal... On the other hand, I think one of the reasons they are having a hard time reacting to the crisis is the Germans have elections looming. After the elections I would imagine they will have quicker and more aggressive reactions to these issues as they pop up.
