Is there such a thing? Will be driving in Germany, Belgium, Holland and such and wondered how prevalent toll roads are? Can I get a temporary pass from rental car company?

Germany and Belgium do not have toll roads... at least, I don't think they do. I'm positive about Belgium, and I've never seen them in Germany, the caveat being that I haven't driven in every region of the country.

Oh, forgot one thing. Germany now apparently requires some kind of sticker to drive in certain cities, although I do not know the details. Some of the regulars on this forum can probably give you more information.
