Thanks to many members, am now aware of Hotel Esmeralda but am unable to find a direct contact by e-mail. Various booking agencies say one must contact the hotel itself.
I do have an MCI availability and call within US, but cannot figure out how to use to call Europe. Help!

You need to put in the country code, city code, and make some changes to the number when calling from USA
