I printed 4 Prem TGV tickets this morning for myself, my husband, and another couple. Wasn't sure of the birth YEARS of the other couple so called them before printing the ticket..the husband gave me the wrong year for his wife!! The tickets are nonrefundable/nonexchangeable and I am not sure what to do. Has anyone had this experience and if so, what do I do? Not sure whether to try to call TGV or whether to just issue a new ticket for her (which may mean she isn't traveling in the same car as the rest of us) or whether anyone even checks the birth year. HELP!!!
The only reason I think anyone would care is if you were using a different birth year to qualify for one of the discount passes, and even then it's questionable that they'd look that closely; I know I rarely if ever have to show any kind of ID, and I have a 12-25 discount pass.
I would say don't worry about it! As long as you're in the right seat on the right train, you should be okay.
Donna, i would not worry about it, as long as
the info of the credit card holder is correct.
