Cany anyone recommend any of the outfits which handle horseback riding in France, most probably the Burgundy or Alsace areas? Intermediate riding ability. thanks
Is this what you're looking for?

Oui! Merci. "Outfit" is American western slang for a business establishment, and is derived from a ranching operation, sometimes referred to as an "outfit," such as "we herded cattle all summer for an outfit in Texas before coming to Wyoming." Thanks!
You mentioned Burgundy and Alsace, but just in case you might be going to the Dordogne region, on this trip or in the future, Ferme de Fonluc, just outside the town of Les Eyzies, is a great place for a ride. I went on a 2 hour ride, just the guide and myself and it was wonderful! Cantering through open fields, trotting down wooded lanes, with views of limestone cliffs. Highly recommended! http://fonluc.com/
Thanks. We are a little flexible, so will check them too
