Traveling with my mother who has mobility issues. Can anyone tell me if there is an escalator or stairs at the CdGE metro stop? Thanks,

I don't know about Etoile specifically, but many Paris metro stations have single escalators in the up direction only, with no alternative to the stairs to go down.
