Are one-way boat trips available in late April from the Eiffel Tower to Île de la Cité?

I think the only "one-way boat trip" is on the Batobus, which is a hop-on, hop-off type of boat that includes stops at Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. They run year-round.
