A quick question about the Eiffel Tower:
The website lists E8.10 and E13.10 as the admission costs to the 2nd/3rd levels. Are these to be separately paid, or does the 13.10 include the ride up to the second, then the separate elevator to the 3rd? Seems logical, but I can't find something telling me specifically, and I want to get off and play on the 1st level anyway.

I saw you can purchase tickets online, though not as far in advance yet as I need them. Do you just make reservations somewhere in Paris?
I was hoping that this would be the first thing I do upon arrival but if reservations are a better idea, it may have to wait until I can get a reserved time?
I will be in Paris the first week of September, so hopefully the long summer lines might dwindle a tiny bit.
Nope, you can't make reservations elsewhere. Lineups in September can still be long, so try to book tickets thru the website as soon as they become available. However, check the latest weather forecast to make sure you aren't socked in by rain on your proposed day.

That is correct. As I suggested, if you want to increase the chances of success, look to the weather forecast. You can book up to the day before your visit but, of course, the availabilities will decrease the closer you get. If you need a guarantee of good weather, you'll have to wait for a nice day and stand in the ticket line.

How do tourists deal with the issue of printing out their tickets? I see it mentions using a cell phone if it will show bar codes, but I don't know if it will or not, and don't know how to check that. And I don't know if my hotel has a printer hooked up to a computer that I can use.
Am thinking I might just have to rely on the weather forecast and order the tickets before we go, and hope that the forecast is correct!
