Hello! I am now filling in our daily itinerary and just made it to Paris...wanted to go up in the ET on June 29th or 30th and both dates already BOOKED SOLID!! Any recommendations on booking a tour that takes you up but avoids lines and that doesn't cost an arm and leg...also what time of day is best in summer to go up? Thanks so much!

I was also disappointed to find the online ticked all sold out! Luckily I discovered Fat Tire has a tour of the Eiffel Tower where you skip the line. The tour is two hours. The price is about $65.00 but if you reserve now there is a discount. I was just on the Fat Tire site today after someone posted this information on one of these help pages. I decided that for two people going up for approx. $130.00 was too much to pay. I looked for a few days earlier than your dates and there were spaces, so, perhaps there are dates for you and yours! Susan, try GetYourGuide.com - they have tickets with a short tour for $29 US.
