My wife and I are going to be in Normandy over Easter weekend, and thought that we might try to attend Easter services at the church in Ste. Mere Eglise. We're not Catholic, (we're Anglican) but thought that we might be able to sit through the service at the back of the congregation, being as unobtrusive as possible. Comment?
Of course you can, just don't go up for communion.
Yes, absolutely do attend. If you want to "fit in", follow along when everyone else kneels, otherwise, it's acceptable to sit. And, here's a nice guide to the order of the mass, if you're interested: http://catholicdr.com/RCIA/inquiry/Preview%20-%20Guide%20to%20the%20Mass.pdf
Have a great time in Normandy. It's amazing.
