We will be traveling to the Dusseldorf area for a wedding in mid-March and would like to make use of our 8-9 days in Germany and/or the surrounding countries. Any suggestions?

My daughter and I just traveled to that area of Germany this past summer. I would suggest taking day trips out with the train and exploring new cities and sites. Do a little research on places you'd like to visit and then just walk from the train station to explore. Sounds like great fun! Gute Reiser! Oh, yeah, don't forget to learn a little German! Jennifer
