Google maps told me 2.5 hours, and routed me south of Rouen on E5 than R46. ViaMichelin told me 3.25 hours, and routed me on the E5 then north of Rouen and into Honfleur via the Normandy Bridge. Any thoughts as to which route is better and which time is more accurate? I would like to go over the Normandy Bridge, but I'm not sure it's worth the toll PLUS 45 extra minutes of driving. Thanks for the help!
I have no idea what an R46 is, but the way to do it is stay on the west/south side of the Seine. Two and a half hours is plenty of time going this way. You'll still have about thirty bucks worth of tolls. You can see the bridge from Honfleur. Driving across it doesn't give much of a view of anything except wetlands and some industrial junk.
Thanks, Ed! I meant to type "E5 then E46."
