Driving from Interlaken via Andermatt to Lugano & return to Switzerland?

Is this a worthwhile & scenic car rental drive to go from Interlaken via Andermatt to Locarno to Lugano returning to Switzerland via Domodossola and the Simplon Pass to Scion?
Thinking about 5 days. Anyone have any experience with this area?
