Driving between Munich and Lauterbrunnen

We will be driving from Munich to Lauterbrunnen. We only have a couple of days there so I would like to spend as little time as possible driving and as much time as possible in the Alps. From the maps, it doesn't look like there is any simple way to get there. It's hard to tell which route is the fastest. Any suggestions from experienced travelers in the area?
