Driving Austria to France in April?

I am planning to drive from Salzburg, Austria to Colmar, France in late April. I am planning to drive thru Innsbruck, Vaduz, Zurich, and Basel. I realize that each year is different, but typically will I have weather related issues on that drive in late April?
