I don't have any specific reccomendations but what you want to look for are chambres to hote or chambres des ferme. If you are going in the summer, you might want to find your reccomendations early. It is a popular destination for the British and many chambres, and gites fill up quickly, and it can be difficult to find a place for only a night or two (or less than a fortnight). Don't discount the seaside hotels. Many are quite lovely, often on the coast.
