does the dresden card cover the s bahn? i need to get from dresden hbf to dresden neustadt. what is the single fare?

Here is information about the Dresden cards on the Dresden website. According to the Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe website, Dresden Hbf to Neustadt Bhf by streetcar, S-Bahn, or train is a 5-12 min ride, and a Preisstufe (price level) 1 fare, €2 for an adult.

Apparently there is a Neustadt Bahnhof in Dresden, right across the Elbe from the town of Dresden. That is to where the ticket is a preisstufe 1 for €2. There is also a town east of Dresden called Neustadt im Sachsen. The fare to that town is higher. Do you know to which Neustadt you are going.
