Does anyone have experience with this apartment rental web site in Barcelon

Hi, I am using RickSteve's recommended sites "VRBO" and "HomeStay" for an apartment rental in Barcelona. I don't know how I was rerouted there, but does anyone know if this company is legitimate? All Apartments Barcelona Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 392
