Disabled access to Neuschwanstein Castle

I have planned a day trip to tour the castles including Neuschwanstein mid-Sept. Unfortunately I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago and will still be wearing a "boot" on my trip to germany. I find on the web-site that they have accommadations for disabilities, but very little information about the need to climb stairs and up-hill walks. I can't find a e-mail address to ask questions. Can somebody help, I hope to not have to cancel this tour. Thanks

"I can't find a e-mail address to ask questions." . . .¶ This email address is given on the website, www.hohenschwangau.de. (info@ticket-center-hohenschwangau.de). I believe that is the address I used some years ago to ask them about luggage storage. . . . ¶ Neuschwanstein was built in the late 1800s, long before requirements for handicapped accommodations. I remember some steep narrow stairs in the castle. Maybe they could provide a way around that area. As for the uphill walk, there are horse drawn carriages, near the ticket kiosk, that you can ride in. The carriage ride costs €6 up, €9 back, per person. If you are handicapped, they suggest you reserve your tour in advance (presumeable telling them you're handicapped).
