My husband and I saw a show at Moulin Rouge 25 years ago. Now taking my daughter to Paris (for the 2nd time) and she would like to see the show at Moulin Rouge. Dinner prices are expensive. Is dinner worth the money at MR or should we have dinner someplace else and just see the show?
If you're a japanese businessman on an all-expense paid trip, then the high MR prices are a steal. For the rest of us paying folk, $150-200 for a show + dinner is a bit steep! I read a few months back that there are other MR shows + dinners on the champs elysees boulevard for significantly less, and the food and the show are just as nice! in fact, one of them was a drag MR show, perhaps even better!
We are going in 2 weeks. 102 euro per person including champagne. We'll eat at a bistro before the show. We are so excited!
