In Germany are there places to make a CD from my memory card so that I don't have to buy several memory cards?

I am sure a good number of the internet cafes will burn disks for you, but I have not had to. You may also consider websites that allow you to upload pictures to your own account, and offer printing as well. Aside from that, if you have not looked at memory card prices in a while, check out what one would cost. I bought my camera less than four years ago and at that time 128 Meg was a big card and expensive. Now I can get a 1 Gig card for less than what I paid. Also, while you can take pictures at very high file sizes, bigger than 1 Meg of file really does not produce a higher quality picture in most cases.

Just to clarify my point above, if you buy a 1 gig memory card and adjust your file size to 1 meg, you should be able to get close to 1000 pictures on that card, probably much more than you will need.
