The Weltmeister Bahncard is back. It costs €25 and grants up to 4 people traveling together 25% on all regular and discounted fares (Sparpreis). It can be obtained up until August 17th and is valid for 4 months. All you need to do is send them the cancellation note (fax) right after you got it or else it'll turn into an annual subscription for €57 p.a. Also the discount for 3 companions is only valid during the first 4 months. But that should solve all of a visitor/traveler's needs anyway.
