DB Bahn Ticket Problem

I'm hoping someone can help us. We ordered our DB Bahn tickets (for a night train) and they were to be delivered by US Mail however after almost a month, they still have not arrived. We contacted DB Bahn, who informed us that they were mailed without a state in the address (which they are stating is what we entered.) They will not reissue the tickets and have stated that we must purchase new tickets at the counter when we arrive and then apply for a refund. They also refuse to provide online print outs. The cost of the tickets is only going to go up. What should we do? Has anyone had success in getting new tickets issued?

No Zip Code? A state matters less with a Zip Code.

On Tripadvisor some folks have run into trouble ordering tickets from Die Bahn. They have often fared worse than you, as they could not even get a refund.

I love traveling by trains in Germany but Die Bahn acts as a monopoly that makes and enforces its own rules. You might post your question on Tripadvisor as there are some local train experts there.
