daylight saving time in Spain

I'll be in Spain in late September. I hear they change their clocks on Sunday, Sept. 26? Fall back? --KO

Isn't it on the last Sunday in October for the EU or did I loose my mind?

Thanks; you're right. It's October 31. I was looking at an old book.

European Summer Time (DST) is now standardized: ends last Sunday in March, starts last Sunday in October within EU and most nearby non-EU countries. That means in Easternmost parts of Spain (Portugal is one hour behind, like UK and Ireland), sunset in late June/early July occurs after 11:20PM.
