European Summer Time (DST) is now standardized: ends last Sunday in March, starts last Sunday in October within EU and most nearby non-EU countries. That means in Easternmost parts of Spain (Portugal is one hour behind, like UK and Ireland), sunset in late June/early July occurs after 11:20PM.
