I was wondering if anyone could recommend a guided day hike in the Black forest or any guides in the area. We'll be staying near Baden-Baden for two days and would like to do a hike, but don't know if we'd be comfortable going without a guide. Thanks.

Darla, just get a hiking map (free) at your hotel or the local tourist information. Hiking in the Black Forrest is easy, the trails are well sign-posted (you follow a certain number or symbol marked on signes or trees) depending on how long and steep you choose the hike to be.
