We are staying in Caen and taking a D-Day tour(either Overlord or Battlebus) that leaves from Bayeux. It looks like there are trains available that will get us to Bayeux in time (by 7:30, trip meets at 8:20), but the Overlord confirmation said there weren't any. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

On weekdays the earliest trains from Caen to Bayeux depart at 06:21, 06:59, and 07:08. On Saturdays the earliest departures are at 06:25 and 07:08. On Sundays the first departure is at 10:59. Perhaps Overlord thought you would be trying to get from Paris to Bayeux by 08:20. That's not possible any day of the week.
