Want to cruise from Interlaken to Thun. Get off the boat and check out the town and castle. Then cruise back to Interlaken. Will be there first week in October.

That sounds nice. Is there a question there? We have done both lakes and prefer the Brienzersee.

I agree with Nigel about the Brienzersee abut both lakes are nice. If you Google BLS lake cruises, the timetables and the whole bit will come up. I hope you have good weather.
