We will be in Paris & love couscous. Can anyone recommend a good, inexpensive restaurant for couscous? While I'm at it, any favorite "cheap eats" in Paris?

There are many couscous restaurants in Paris, Holly -- I ate at a wonderful one last week in or near the Marais, but I was hopelessly lost at the time and have no idea where it was. There are many to be found, though -- I've seen some delicious-appearing trays at good delis, too.

Here's our favourite but it's not in a part of Paris many tourists find themselves: "Au Régal Couscous" 16 Cours de Vincennes, 12th arrond. It's about a 5 minute walk from the Nation metro.

There are a number of very good Algerian and Moroccan restaurants in the neighborhood just east of Blvd St Michel bounded by Quai St Michel and Rue St Severin. My favorite was Au Bon Coucous..near the intersection of Rue Xavier Privas and Rue de la Huchette
