On nov. '11, we will be visiting for one day Palma de Mallorca and would like some tips/advise on how to get around into city's local attractions. From where the cruise ships dock, is it far from city center or nice local shops? Can you walk or get around by public or port buses? Are they any nice small towns near, that may be accessed by train or bus, that we can visit within our time frame?
And last, are the cruise tours worth the $$$$?
