In Nov.'11, we will be docking in Naples for one day and would like some tips/advises on how to get around into the city's local attactions and nice local shops. Is the cruise port area far from city center? Can you walk from the cruise port into the town or what method of transportation do they offer? Are they any nice small towns near, that you can go by train or bus, considering our time limit? Surely, we don't want to risk missing the ship, if public transportation go on strike or whatever.
And last, are the cruise tours worth the $$$?
