Cost More To Leave Germany By Air

Frank II, thanks very much for posting this! I assume the €40 fee will also apply to flights to Canada, so that will DEFINITELY be a factor in my future flight planning!!! Although I often use Frankfurt, I can easily substitute Paris, Amsterdam or other major airports, but of course I'm wondering how long it will be before other countries in Europe decide to adopt the same "environmental fees". I'm sure they won't miss the opportunity for another easy source of revenue! Cheers!
