Corsica Day Hikes and recommendations

We're heading to Corsica (from Bonn) for two weeks with a camper and two dogs. My husband has been and done the GR20 twice, but we're looking for good day hikes (btw 5-10K) and recommendations of nice villages to get Corsican flavor.
