I found "The Rough Guide-Corsica" a useful book. But we weren't there very long.

Are you looking for great wild scenery with beach? Then Calvi is your place to go. If you like it rough and scenic but don't require a beach Bonifacio would be great as well. If all you want is beaches and you don't care about that typical Corsica wild scenery any place on their East coast would do, like Bastia etc.
