My husband and I attended a cooking demonstration in Rome, now we are headed to Paris in April and are interested in attending a cooking demonstration there. Does anyone know of any places that do cooking demonstrations?

Le Cordon Bleu has both demonstrations and hands-on classes.
I took 3 classes on my last trip to Paris. I took a market walk and demo at Le Cordon Bleu and two classes at Cook'n with Class (baking and cooking). I enjoyed all three. I'd particularly recommend the cooking class at Cook'n with Class. It is a small group, hands-on, and you get a great meal.

Both of the big department stores in Paris, Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, offer cooking demonstrations. Google for info.
