We, four of us in our fifties and sixties, will be in both Rothenburg and Bacharach next May and we are looking for an establishment which would offer a cooking class for us. In Tuscany this year we found the Casanova di Pescille just outside San Gimignano which was wonderful. The four of us spent a couple of hours making lunch then another eating it. Something like this would be great. Any suggestions you may have would be gratefully appreciated,Bill.
