cooking classes in Bologna

Any recommendations from those who have taken? I've got links, I just want personal recommendations.

You'd probably get a better response if you posted this in the Italy section but... My wife and some friends did a one day lesson with A Taste Of Italy in Bologna last year and absolutely loved it. The lady who runs it speaks perfect English, she met them in the morning and showed them around the markets in the old section, they picked out their produce and everything else, then went back to her house for the lesson where they made fresh pasta, tortellini, etc. All three people in my wife's class raved about it and said they'd love to do it again.
