Signed up for Basque Country tour in May. Plan to arrive 3 days before tour. I'm a food writer, would like to find a cooking class in San Sebastian and/or Bilbao. Prefer hands-on vs. demo, but would look into both. On-line sites typically require min. of 2 people, but I'd still like to contact a few and try for one-on-one. Please, any suggestions?
