How do I convert the Swiss currency to US currency to be able to figure out hotel rates?

Hi Irene. For a rough idea, consider them equal. 1 Swiss Franc = $1.07. Enjoy your trip!

You already have an excellent answer above, but for future, there are several good currency converters on the Web for converting just about any currency to U.S. dollars or vice versa.
