easy question. What do the plugs look like in Spain. I need to know which one to bring.
Claudia, Be sure to check each of the devices you'll be travelling with, to ensure that they're designed for operation from 100-240 VAC (look for "Input Voltage" somewhere on the device or the charging cube). If any of your devices use a grounding Plug, THIS Adapter should work in Spain. Happy travels!
Yes, basic two (round) prong continental plugs in Spain. I think I saw something unusual in places, possibly for a grounded plug, but always a normal plug when I needed one. If your devices can't convert to multiple power inputs, it may be time to get a new device - or decide if you really need it for this trip. I can't remember the last time I actually packed a voltage converter.
Claudia: I bought on-line 2 cheap "nested" sets of converter plugs that cover them all, in a little pouch. I've used the two round prongs everywhere I've been here in Spain. My tip: bring more than one, so you don't have to always be cycling your devices in and out of one plug (kindle, computer, camera: I need them ALL ready to go!) Phyllis
