Have you asked the concierge or desk staff at your hotel? My memory is that there used to be a printer or copy shop diagonally across Mozartplatz from the Demel café fairly near to the tourist office. Also, there is a large university in the heart of Salzburg. Good Luck...

I have done this three different ways in the past. 1). If the hotel has a computer room, they usually have a printer. Send yourself an email with the document. Open it in the computer room and print it. 2). Put the document on a thumb drive. Ask the hotel front desk if they would print it for you. 3). Send the hotel an email with your document after they will agree to print it. This saves you the risk of a virus on their computer infecting your thumb drive. Obviously, 2 and 3 means someone at the hotel will see what you have printed. Ransom or stick up notes would probably be poor choices here. These have worked well in the US when the need arose but I've not tried it in Europe.

Thanks for the info, but I failed to mention that I'm not staying in a hotel. We have rented an apartment here for a couple of weeks.

I recommend doing what Ken says, #1, just go to an internet cafe, send yourself an email or open the link and print it out, seems like that's your easiest option.

Follow Ken's advice. It's dead on, but just apply it to an internet cafe.
