B & B's, hotels, please advise -- I'll have 3 nights there.
We stayed at the Hotel LeColumbier "[email protected]"
It was convenient to all of the restaurants and close by to many unique towns for a three to four hour car ride. I do not recall the price we paid, but it wasn't too high.
Colmar was our favorite place in France - better than Paris. You will love it although three days may be a little too much. You can do it in two and not miss much.
We stayed at Chez Leslie www.chezleslie.com, just outside of the old town, near the train station. Great location, great hostess, nice rooms, and wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend.
We stayed at Hotel Les Maison de Tetes which was wonderful. The hotel itself is one of the top tourist sites in Colmar.
