I recently stayed at the Hotel Turenne in Colmar and would recommend it. Centrally located, friendly staff and comfortable room. Cost me 68 euros for a single. It's within walking distance to everything and has parking that you can book at extra cost (recommend). Rooms are air-conditioned no lift. In an area known as Petite Venise.
