Their website just has a message form to send them your room requests, so you could try that. They didn't list an email. http://www.hotel-churchill.fr/

In the bottom right corner of their webpage is an icon of an envelope. If you click that it will open an email window. The address that their email window points to is [email protected] which has the missing hyphen that you left out.
