Are there any live performances; such as orchestra or opera with Christmas music on Christmas day

I don't know the answer to this specifically, but most major orchestras and opera companies take a brief hiatus over the Christmas holiday. You may find that some of the larger churches augment their Christmas mass with orchestral music, though.
