Typically there is a market at La Defense each year and also in Bercy.
They usually show up after the 1st of December.
there are dates of the christmas markets in parisinfo, you have to go to the christmas section. But la defense runs from 28th november to 29th December 1100 hrs to 1930 weekendays, saturday it starts at 0900 hrs. There is one at Les halles, that I believe also has a skating rink dont think that starts until 2/3rd december.
Another one is outside the saint lazare train station 0730 until 2000 from 30th november until 24th december. Montparnasse 3rd until 31st december, 1000 until 2000 hrs.
