Christmas in Vienna/News Years in Innsbruck - dinner recommendations?

We'll be in Vienna for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Does anyone have restaurant recommendations for dinners? And, we'll be in Innsbruck for New Year's Eve - hoping for snow for cross country skiing. Again, any recommendations for a place for dinner or any other special activities?
