choice of hotels France 7th

I have pre-booked 4 different hotels and need to confirm and cancel accordingingly. I have an older version of Steve's book for France and want to ask.

If you had a choice of these 4 places, which would you choose:

ADAGIO PARIS TOUR EIFFEL 14 rue du Théatre (have booked a 1b apt w/kitchenette there)

Jardins eiffel 8, Rue Amelie, 07. Tour Eiffel - Invalides (have booked 2 double rooms there)

La Serre 24 bis rue Cler (2 double rooms)

Hotel eber mars 117 av La Bourdonnais (around the corner from Rue Cler)(2 double rooms)

I have reduced mobility, I walk with a cane, but I can walk for about 20 minutes at a stretch. I want to be in a safe and fun neighborhood with grocery or market close (why I took the advice of being close to Rue Cler) but I also like a few amenities in my living quarters such as elevator, windows that open or air conditioning. I used to backpack and tent camp and hostel but in recent years espec with mobility issues I've gone a little soft ha ha ha

I appreciate any comments. My inclination is to go with Hotel Eber Mars just by the ratings and the pictures.

The La Serre is no longer in Rick's books. It notorious for the management's rudeness and excessive use of signs warning against everything from bringing food in your room to carrying backpacks through the halls. Personally, I was OK with the rooms, tiny as they are. But, demanding that our baby not be fed (in the old style manner) was a bit too much.

Thanks for that tip. I had read a bunch of negative stuff on La Serre and figured that one was off the list anyway. Wow. Isn't France more "open" than that? sheesh.
