Does anybody know what days the Guyere cheese factory and Cailler-Nestle chocolate factory are open for visitors? We may not do the chocolate train.

I'm fairly certain the cheese factory is open everyday as well. You can also use the regular regional trains to reach the chocolate factory.

Julia we we're at the Cailler chocolat factory in broc and the Gruyères cheese factory last september. Follow the links for both www.la-gruyere.ch/en/navpage-ExcursionsFR-CheeseChocFR-120165.html and www.lamaisondugruyere.ch/
both villages can be reach by train, and the tour takes around an 1 hour each. You can try as many chocolates as you want at Cailler!
