chez Pierrot or Le Florimond

We'll be in Paris(staying on Rue Cler)Christmas-Jan 4. The hotel recommended Chez Pierrot for dinner New Years. Anyone familiar? Hotel said Le Florimond last table at 19:00 and must be done by 21:30.
