In mid of Aug. I am traveling to Karlsurhe,Germany. I am staying about 2wks. I am looking for a place to stay like room and board or any short term rental less expensive than hotel? please give me some information. Thanks!

Try this website for the Pension Anita. When they say "city" in the English version they mean "downtown" as in only a few minutes from the city center. If you search for "Pensionen in Karlsruhe" in the German version of yahoo (de.yahoo.com) many more listings pop up. Be sure and spell Karlsruhe correctly. Here is a website for a hostel (Jugendherberge) in Karlsruhe. You can use it even if you're older.

Hi the answer that I was given seems good but the problem is, when I typed www.deyahoo.com it is written in German. I can't understand it so, I need a simple information that I can easily book in less expensive place to stay. Thank you!

mical, Often German sites give you an English option. If not, Google Chrome has a translate option for websites. I have used it a couple of times and it seems to work reasonably well.
